Paul Dworak joined the firm in 2010. He earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. While in law school, Paul became the first student in the history of the school’s largest moot court program to win both the best brief and the best oralist award. Paul went on to become the student director of the Maynard Pirsig Moot Court Program. Paul was also a member of the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Team and the Mock Trial Competition Team.
Paul attended law school after working in commercial and private banking. He also has experience as a firefighter. Paul clerked with Joseph Friedberg and was a law clerk extern for Judge Gordon Shumaker at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Paul currently practices in the areas of commercial litigation, civil rights and criminal defense.
